Delivery Information

Furniture Delivery Information:

Please note that if your product is on preorder, it may take 7-12 weeks to arrive. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you with a more accurate delivery timeframe. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 09 444 0852.

For furniture deliveries, we offer a door-to-door service with one (1) man and a truck. Our delivery person will not carry the furniture upstairs, unbox it or assemble it. If you require extended delivery service or installation (Auckland only), please contact us in advance to arrange this.

We will contact you at least one (1) or two (2) working days in advance to schedule your delivery time. Please note that due to various circumstances, our delivery person may not be able to make an exact time. Our delivery times are usually between 10 am and 5 pm on weekdays. We do not deliver on Sat and Sundays or public holidays.

For areas outside Auckland, we outsource delivery to a freight company, and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been picked up. Delivery times are usually between three (3) and fifteen (15) working days.

If you are unavailable to accept the delivery or do not respond to our attempts to contact you, resulting in the need for a second delivery attempt, you will be responsible for any additional delivery costs charged by the courier company. Small General Items Delivery Information:

We process orders for small general items every weekday. All parcels are sent out in an overnight package, but please understand that it may take longer than 1 day to arrive.

Delivery times for small general items are as follows:

  • Auckland: overnight - two (2) working days
  • North Island: overnight - three (3) working days
  • South Island: two (2) - five (5) working days
  • Rural areas: may take up to five (5) more working days for delivery

Once we print out your packing slip for dispatch, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be entered into the courier's system after 7 pm on the same day.

Please note that all parcels must be signed for upon arrival. If you advise us in advance, we will ask the courier not to obtain your signature. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items if you advised us to leave the parcel at a particular place.

If your item comes back to us due to an insufficient address provided or no one available at home after the courier left the card to call, we claim the right to keep the returned parcel until we receive an additional shipping payment with an alternative or updated delivery address. If you wish to cancel your order at that point, we will issue a refund after deducting a 10% restocking fee. Please note that your payment for delivery will not be refunded.
